My wife and I first started working with Ben in April of 2019. At that time, we were just exploring the possibility of purchasing a home in Berkeley. Ben provided really good feedback and consistently kept us updated with new listings that became more and more relevant over time. He read thru the disclosure, would look for major issues. When we did decide to make several offers, his projection for the selling price was so accurate. This is the third home I purchased and my other agents were never close to Ben in his predictions. The first offer we didn't follow his advice on price and were blown out of the water.  Fast forward to summer 2020, in the middle of the pandemic. A showing came up that didn't follow the norms for the East Bay market. We followed his gentle pestering to see the property. We ended up seeing all the potential and made an offer in the middle of Covid. We ended up getting the house and have now been lucky enough to have a multilevel home with a huge flat backyard in North Berkeley at a great price.

Ben was a great partner for us in this search. We came to him as a family who really couldn't afford what we wanted and yet he took us on. He didn't push us to get to the finish line when we weren't ready, always making it clear that he wasn't in a hurry, that his priority was us getting a home we felt was right for us.
